Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer focused Patient Coordinator to join our growing medical clinic.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical clinic, with a strong background in plastic surgery, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine.
  • This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate consultations, treatments, procedures, and follow up appointments.
  • Educate patients about treatment options, pricing, packages, financing options, and pre/post treatment instructions.
  • Coordinate treatment plans with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using the clinic management system.
  • Process patient registrations, payments, billing, and insurance documentation (if applicable).
  • Follow up with consultation leads to convert inquiries into booked treatments and maintain high patient conversion rates.
  • Build long term relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulations.
  • Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support clinic marketing initiatives by promoting services, packages, and special offers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, or similar role in a medical clinic.
  • Mandatory experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, cosmetic procedures, and patient care pathways.
  • Proven ability to convert consultations into treatment bookings through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a patient focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
