- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using the clinic management system.
- Process patient registrations, payments, billing, and insurance documentation.
- Follow up with consultation leads to convert inquiries into booked treatments.
- Build long term relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulations.
- Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks as needed.
- Support clinic marketing initiatives by promoting services, packages, and special offers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, or similar role in a medical clinic
- Mandatory experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, cosmetic procedures, and patient care pathways
- Proven ability to convert consultations into treatment bookings
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software
