Job Description

We are a high-end aesthetic clinic located in the heart of **Dubai**, seeking a professional and experienced **Patient Coordinator cum Receptionist (Female)** to be the face and voice of our clinic.

The ideal candidate must have **prior experience in an aesthetic clinic**, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere
  • Handle all front desk activities, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for doctors and therapists
  • Provide detailed information about clinic services, promotions, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Manage appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules efficiently
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle patient registration, consent forms, and medical records
  • Coordinate patient flow between doctors, therapists, and treatment rooms
  • Process payments and manage daily cash and card transactions
  • Coordinate with medical and support staff to ensure seamless clinic operations
  • Upsell clinic services and packages where appropriate
  • Explain treatment packages, promotions, and pricing to patients
  • Respond to calls, WhatsApp inquiries, social media messages, and emails
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment and manage retention/loyalty programs
  • Maintain reception area presentation aligned with clinic’s premium standards
  • Support marketing initiatives and promote ongoing offers

Requirements

  • **Female candidates only (as per clinic policy)**
  • **Minimum 2 years experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic in a similar role**
  • Presentable, polished, and professional appearance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic software (e.g., Clinic, Clinicea, or similar)
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle high-end clientele
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is highly preferred
