Job Summary

  • Clinicia Sabah Group is seeking a highly motivated and professional Patient Coordinator & Sales Executive (Female) to join its team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the patient journey within the hospital, coordinating with patients and medical teams, presenting cosmetic procedures and treatment packages, and contributing to the achievement of sales and booking targets while ensuring an exceptional patie

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients throughout their hospital experience in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding cosmetic procedures, treatment plans, and available packages.
  • Coordinate between patients, physicians, and relevant departments to ensure a seamless patient journey.
  • Follow up with prospective patients interested in cosmetic procedures and assist them throughout the booking process.
  • Present treatment quotations and physician approved treatment plans to patients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to enhance trust and satisfaction.
  • Support patients before and after procedures to ensure a positive experience and high level of service.
  • Achieve monthly sales, booking, and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information within the hospital management systems.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to patient inquiries, bookings, and sales performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare facility within Dubai.
  • Previous experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, patient coordination, or healthcare sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client conversion abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment and achieve KPIs.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient/customer management systems.
