Pastry Commis

• Certificate or Diploma in Bakery & Pastry, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pastry, bakery, or kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of pastry preparation techniques and baking methods.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop pastry skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
