Role Overview
Data Entry & New Product Development Coordinator role in perfume manufacturing.
The role supports product development, accurate data entry, and coordination across production, design, finance, and logistics.
The candidate is expected to work independently and have UAE experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product specifications, costing sheets, and sample tracking for new product development.
- Update product data in ERP or internal systems.
- Coordinate raw materials, packaging, and samples with suppliers.
- Support shipping documentation, airway bills, and export or import paperwork.
- Assist with product costing, purchase orders, and invoice entries.
- Coordinate with production and QC teams to support accurate data and smooth workflows.
- Maintain product launch, packaging artwork, and approval records.
- Prepare product status, shipment, and costing reports.
- Protect data accuracy and confidentiality across departments.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in the perfume industry or a related FMCG sector.
- Strong data management, coordination, and communication skills.
