To cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors, leveraging opportunities to enhance QSTP’s ecosystem and deliver mutual benefits, while contributing to the organization's sustainable success and global positioning.
Key Result Areas
Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy that aligns with the organization's overall vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
Identify and prioritize target markets, industry segments, and potential partnership opportunities by analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, government entities, research institutions, NGOs, and corporate partners to drive impactful collaborations.
Lead the negotiation and formalization of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for both the organization and its partners, while adhering to legal and financial requirements.
Drive innovation within partnerships by identifying areas for collaborative research, product development, or service enhancements that align with the organization’s focus areas.
Act as a key representative for the organization at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and meetings to promote its brand, mission, and value proposition to local and global audiences.
Track, measure, and report on the success of partnership initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the partnerships team, providing guidance on strategic objectives, performance metrics, and career development opportunities.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with partnership activities, ensuring that partnerships align with organizational values, goals, and legal compliance.
Explore and implement innovative partnership models, such as joint ventures, co-development agreements, or strategic alliances, to expand the organization’s ecosystem.
Regularly report partnership progress and outcomes to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
Stay updated on best practices in partnership management and proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in partnership strategy and execution.
Contribute to the successful planning, execution, and completion of cross-functional projects as assigned by QSTP senior management by actively engaging with team members across departments, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and resource management.
Apply innovative problem-solving methods to address challenges, continuously improving project processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain regular communication with both line and project managers to provide timely updates on project progress and outcomes, and continuously enhance personal skills and knowledge to drive the success of these initiatives.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field & 8 -10 years of relevant full-time work experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level.
PMP certification is an advantage.
In-depth understanding of the industry and its key players, with strong knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies.
Good knowledge and abilities to handle difficult situation and conversations.
Excellent communication skills - experience explaining complicated issues to people and pursue them to collaborate.
Ability to switch fast between tasks and projects, if necessary, self-organization skills.
Ability to operate at a very high level; negotiate effectively; work to deadlines; maintain strong stakeholders’ relationship.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic and English proficiency is required.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
