Responsibilities
- Design and deliver strategic institutional events to position Earthna as a leader in sustainability
- Manage communication strategies for major report launches to ensure effective dissemination and maximize visibility
- Coordinate large scale national and international events such as Qatar Sustainability Week and COP30
- Lead the planning and execution of the Earthna Prize and Earthna Summit
- Develop and implement integrated communications campaigns to raise awareness of Earthna’s initiatives
- Produce high quality communication materials including press releases, speeches, and social media content
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and efficient delivery
- Oversee media relations and stakeholder engagement to build strategic partnerships
- Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure high standards in event delivery and communications production
- Provide communications support across Earthna’s institutional priorities to maintain coherence in brand and messaging
Requirements
- Experience in designing and delivering strategic institutional events
- Experience in managing communication strategies for major report launches
- Experience coordinating large scale national and international events
- Experience in developing and implementing integrated communications campaigns
- Ability to produce high quality communication materials including press releases, speeches, and social media content

Key Result Areas
- Design and deliver strategic institutional events to position Earthna as a leader in sustainability and foster high level stakeholder engagement
- Manage communication strategies for major report launches to ensure effective dissemination and maximize visibility of Earthna's research and policy outputs
