About the Role
SmartChoice International GCC is seeking a Partner Manager for PropTech to develop and manage relationships with real estate agencies and developers. The ideal candidate has proven experience selling technology into real estate and a strong network in the UAE market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across real estate agencies, developers, and property groups
- Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth across the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within the real estate sector
- Identify partnership opportunities that support market expansion and long term commercial growth
- Work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to align partnership strategy with business objectives
- Represent the business across client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from engagement through to onboarding and growth
Requirements
- Proven experience selling technology or digital solutions into real estate agencies and property developers across the GCC
- Strong network and established relationships within the UAE real estate market
- Experience within PropTech, SaaS, real estate platforms, or technology led property solutions preferred
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Ability to operate within a fast paced, high growth environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Self starter mindset with the ability to drive opportunities independently

Role Overview
- This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with real estate agencies, developers, and key property stakeholders.
- Help expand the company’s regional footprint and drive commercial growth.
- The successful candidate must already have strong relationships within the real estate market and be capable of hitting the ground running from day one.
Key Responsibilities
