Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production environments
- Strong hands on experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and Kubernetes
- Exposure to SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Tier 3 Production Support
- Experience troubleshooting live systems and leading technical investigations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with enterprise customers
- Self driven, hands on engineer who thrives in fast paced, high ownership environments

About the Role
- We're looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting a large scale, mission critical technology platform.
- This role combines Backend Engineering, Production Support, SRE, and DevOps, with a strong focus on solving complex production issues, delivering customer specific enhancements, and acting as the technical bridge between customers and the product engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
