Job Summary
The Partner Program Manager supports sales growth initiatives through partner collaboration, program management, onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and partner education.
The role manages CRM data, supports business intelligence reporting, and conducts regional data analysis to inform decisions.
Role Description
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support sales growth and strategic and operational performance.
- Maintain relationships with M/WBE and technology partners to support program objectives.
- Implement and monitor diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies in line with contractual obligations.
- Manage partner program lifecycles from ideation through implementation.
- Facilitate partner onboarding and document new partner program processes.
- Provide program management expertise and develop business proposals aligned with sales and partner goals.
- Track diversity spend and contributions to revenue and margin growth.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and training sessions for partners and support teams.
- Manage CRM data, business intelligence reporting, and regional data analysis.
