- Create detailed assessment reports after each tutoring session
- Act as a mentor and role model to build student confidence
- Collaborate with Center Manager and staff to align tutoring strategies
- Engage with parents to discuss student progress and concerns
- Participate in training sessions and workshops
- Conduct engaging tutoring sessions in person and online
