- Offer guidance on exam strategies, language skills, and study habits
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum quality
- Participate in student consultations to help learners set and reach realistic IELTS score objectives
Requirements
- Strong teaching and education skills, with experience delivering IELTS or similar English language exam preparation
- Proficiency in lesson planning and training, including designing structured, goal oriented lesson plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Native level proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
- Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL) are an advantage
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting, preferably with multinational or multilingual student groups
- Ability to work on site in Dubai
- Strong organizational skills and student centered mindset
