Role Description

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for generating student enrollments by converting inquiries into registrations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • The role focuses on achieving individual sales targets, managing leads effectively, maintaining accurate CRM records, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Convert inquiries into student enrollments through effective consultation and follow up.
  • Handle walk in, telephone, email, website, and social media inquiries promptly.
  • Promote and recommend suitable courses and programs based on students' needs.
  • Upsell and cross sell relevant educational programs and services.
  • Follow up with prospective students to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow up of all assigned leads.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and update lead statuses regularly.
  • Minimize lead leakage by ensuring every inquiry is properly managed.
  • Respond to new inquiries within the established service standards.
  • Provide professional educational consultation to prospective students.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education, training, or service industries.
  • Experience in student admissions is an advantage.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer focused with strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining service quality.
