Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all students, parents, and visitors at the front desk.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with students and their families to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Convert enquiries into enrollments through effective consultations and a customer focused sales approach.
  • Identify and maximize upselling and cross selling opportunities across courses, programs, and additional services.
  • Conduct timely follow ups with prospective students and encourage renewals and continued enrolment from existing students.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow up activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support business growth.
  • Conduct sales consultations and present the company's programs and services in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, enrolment documentation, and sales agreements accurately and promptly.
  • Negotiate with prospective clients and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with leads and clients throughout the sales journey to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Russian speaker.
  • Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Freshers in Dubai are welcome to apply, or candidates with at least two years of direct sales experience.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Presentable, with excellent front desk and customer service abilities.
  • Confident and professional communicator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and CRM systems.
  • Proactive, flexible, target oriented, and self motivated.
  • Willing to work weekdays and weekends on rotating shifts (9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 12:00 PM–9:00 PM) in line with the JLT branch operational schedule.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in a language center is preferred; teaching experience is considered an advantage.
