- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, catheter care, and other prescribed treatments
- Monitor patients' vital signs, assess their health status, and promptly report any changes to the supervising physician or care team
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and preventive healthcare
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, patient safety standards, and home healthcare protocols
- Respond effectively to patient needs and medical emergencies
- Build professional and compassionate relationships with patients and their families
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid DHA nursing license or eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare, medical surgical, ICU, or emergency care
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to patients' homes
