Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with DHA guidelines and standards
- Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care when required
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing notes
- Observe and report changes in the patient's health condition to the supervising doctor or care coordinator
- Educate patients and family members about disease management, medication, and home care practices
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality at all times
- Follow DHA regulations, company policies, and home healthcare protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (hospital or homecare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care
- Good communication skills in English
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient focused personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts or home visits
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR (preferred)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a compassionate and qualified DHA Licensed Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
- The nurse will be responsible for delivering high quality clinical care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting patients and families according to the approved care plan.
Key Responsibilities
