- Promote the company's dental and facial aesthetic products, services, and treatment solutions to prospective clients and business partners
- Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, healthcare professionals, clinics, aesthetic centers, and corporate clients
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations, providing clinical support and technical knowledge to customers
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities to support business growth
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize customer engagement and conversion
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and provide regular market feedback to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS or equivalent)
- Knowledge of general dentistry and facial aesthetic procedures
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in dental, medical, aesthetic, or healthcare sales is an advantage
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently and within a team
- Excellent relationship building and business development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an added advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events
