Role Overview
Zeez International is seeking an experienced HSE Documentation Coordinator or HSE Officer for part-time or freelance project support.
The role focuses on documentation and approval requirements for projects and operational locations, particularly ADNOC-related HSE submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate HSE documentation and approval paperwork.
- Prepare JAA/JSA forms, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Prepare and check supporting documents for maintenance, renovation, and modification works.
- Coordinate HSE and NOC approval documentation and submissions.
- Ensure documents comply with required HSE standards and formats.
- Support additional project-related HSE paperwork when required.
Requirements
- Previous UAE HSE documentation experience is required.
- Experience with ADNOC requirements or projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments, method statements, JAA/JSA, and permit or approval documentation is required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently on an assignment basis.
- Availability for part-time or freelance work is required.
- Direct experience with ADNOC HSE paperwork and approvals is preferred.
