Role Overview
Zeez International is seeking a hands-on Operations & Training Coordinator to maintain operational standards across 15 branches.
This is a field-based role requiring frequent branch visits across the UAE.
Travel and Work Setting
- The role requires frequent travel across all 15 branches.
- The position is field-based and involves regular physical visits to branches.
Branch Operations
- Visit all 15 branches to monitor daily operations and ensure company standards are followed.
- Coordinate with branch supervisors to resolve operational issues and pending matters.
- Monitor attendance, duty schedules, manpower allocation, absenteeism, and staff shortages.
- Ensure uniforms, grooming, discipline, and professional conduct meet required standards.
Branch Standards and Reporting
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, product displays, promotional materials, price lists, cleanliness, equipment, and overall branch presentation.
- Identify maintenance or equipment issues and follow up with the concerned department until completion.
- Monitor customer service quality, complaints, sales performance, upselling, and customer conversion.
