- Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Arabic, Linguistics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in English and/or Arabic language instruction
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to teach students of different ages and proficiency levels
