Sparkia Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to manage client accounts, digital campaigns, and lead generation across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Generate and optimize leads through paid advertising campaigns
- Manage social media accounts for Sparkia and client portfolios
- Create content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate directly with clients and manage multiple accounts
- Create static social media designs and marketing creatives
Requirements
- 3 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Excellent communication and account management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong marketing understanding
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Agency experience preferred
- SEO knowledge preferred

Job Overview
- Immediate Hiring – Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

- Job Type: Full Time | On Site
- Salary: QAR 3,000 – 3,500 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Off Day: Friday
- Candidates currently in Qatar only.
