Job Summary:

The hand pack operator will be responsible for hand packing and ensure the efficient and safe packaging of products.

We are seeking Hand Packagers for 3rd shift to join our team at Ideal Tridon in Smyrna TN!

Shift:

3rd 11:00pm - 7:00pm Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Range:

$17.25 - $17.54

$1.10 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift

Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspects packaged products for quality and adherence to specifications, including proper labeling and sealing.

Records production data, including output quantities, downtime, and maintenance activities, in production logs or databases.

Collaborates with production team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
