Expo 2030 Riyadh – SME Support

  • Trivandi is supporting the development of the Operations function for Expo 2030 Riyadh, working alongside key stakeholders to help shape the operational foundations of the event.
  • Our focus is on ensuring the masterplan and programme are operationally deliverable — translating design into reality through validated space requirements, integrated operating models, and functional planning.
  • Given the scale, complexity, and pace of the project, we are looking to engage experienced SMEs with prior World Expo experience to provide targeted advisory support.
  • This is not a delivery role — the requirement is for senior, credible input to:* Test and challenge planning assumptions
  • Validate operational requirements and spatial allocations
  • Provide practical, experience-led insight to shape solutions
  • Ensure alignment with real-world event delivery

Key Responsibilities & Outputs

  • **Key Responsibilities*** Validate overlay scope vs permanent infrastructure
  • Review staging, temporary structures, and compounds
  • Ensure constructability within programme constraints
  • Challenge over-design or duplication with permanent assets
  • Align overlay with logistics and site operations
  • **Outputs*** Overlay strategy validation
  • Temporary infrastructure requirements
  • FAOP input (Overlay)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Senior overlay planner with World Expo / major event experience
