Role Overview
Supports daily outside golf operations and delivers efficient, professional, and courteous guest service.
Maintains outdoor service areas, equipment, and guest touchpoints while supporting tournaments and events.
Operations and Facility Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Cart Barn, Driving Range, Bag Drop, Parking Area, and Golf Course.
- Keep cart charging stations and wash-down areas clean, safe, and orderly.
- Assist with basic maintenance of outdoor furniture and facilities.
- Report shortages of guest supplies, rental equipment, and operational items.
Guest Services
- Assist guests with bag handling, club cleaning, and general support.
- Keep rental clubs clean, maintained, and properly tracked.
- Explain golf-course policies, cart usage, etiquette, and pace of play.
- Encourage guest feedback and share insights with management.
Golf Operations and Equipment
- Prepare, stage, clean, arrange, and charge golf carts according to operating standards.
- Assist with tournaments, events, tee-off operations, starter duties, and pace-of-play monitoring.
- Maintain driving-range balls, pyramids, bag stands, and den caddies.
- Coordinate food and beverage service on the course and driving range.
Administration and Compliance
- Maintain accurate rental-equipment usage records.
- Manage daily towel inventory and coordinate collection and return from laundry.
- Follow health, safety, and safe work practices.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in scheduling.
