Core Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians and allocate daily tasks and planned preventive maintenance activities.
- Lead troubleshooting and rectification of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, alarms, and operational parameters.
- Coordinate with Operations, BMS, and Engineering teams for system optimization.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, standard operating procedures, and facility standards.
- Verify work quality, close work orders, and report deviations.
- Support shutdowns, emergency response, and critical operations.
- Train, guide, and mentor technicians on site.
- Escalate major faults and recommend improvements.
Work Setting
- The role includes mentoring technicians on site and supporting facility operations.
Requirements
- Capability to troubleshoot and rectify HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS-related issues.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements, standard operating procedures, and facility standards.
- Ability to supervise, guide, and mentor technicians on site.
