Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator enables the Sales and Groups & Events team to sell more effectively through accurate and efficient administrative and commercial support.
The role covers enquiries, leads, client communication, site inspections, familiarization trips, contracting, CRM administration, reporting, and internal coordination.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties assigned by the Commercial Director.
- Coordinate paperwork and communication across departments.
- Maintain organized records of tour operator communications, contracts, production, and related documentation.
- Maintain VIP gift and sales collateral inventories.
- Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits, including itineraries, readiness, transportation, collateral, and follow-up.
- Support sales activity, account production, pipeline, attendance, and other commercial reporting.
- Support account research, client database maintenance, account reviews, and sales calls.
- Coordinate sales-related invoicing and financial administration with Finance.
Requirements
- Coordinate sales enquiries, client communication, contracting, CRM administration, reporting, and internal follow-up accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of tour operator communications, contracts, production, invoices, and client documentation.
- Support site inspections, familiarization trips, client visits, and related internal arrangements.
