About the Role
Anantara World Islands Dubai is looking for an Outlet Supervisor for Mekong restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction, supervise food and beverage service, and lead the team. The role requires previous F&B leadership experience, a passion for teamwork, and excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by developing and maintaining a strong team environment
- Ensure prompt and courteous delivery of all orders, maintaining cleanliness of guest areas
- Supervise prompt and courteous delivery of all Restaurant and Room Service orders
- Assist with serving, seating, communication with kitchen, and speaking to guests during shift
- Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well trained staff
- Open and close shift in accordance with Manager’s Checklist
- Train, maintain and enforce all Anantara World Islands Dubai Service Standards
- Properly execute revenue and check control procedures on shift
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Gather and implement all proper tools for running shifts (schedules, floor plans, reservations, checks)
- Find solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or other daily problems
- Be on the floor during entire meal period and ensure adequate coverage

- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Outlet operations leadership role
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
