Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day outlet operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction through effective operational and financial management.
• Coach, develop, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory, and cost controls.
• Build relationships with guests and stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve outlet reputation and results.

Experience and Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of food and beverage operations experience in a luxury hospitality environment, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple stakeholders.
