Role Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day outlet operations, exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and procedural compliance.
• Engage with guests, address feedback, and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance support, and workforce planning.
• Maintain cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation standards.
• Collaborate with management to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Candidate Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or F&B Management is advantageous.
• Health and Safety certification is advantageous.
• Three to five years of hospitality or food and beverage experience is required.
• Luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of outlet operations, guest service, cash handling, inventory management, and cost control is required.
• Proven leadership and team development skills are required.
