About the Role
Rosewood Abu Dhabi is looking for an Outlet Cashier to handle guest billing and payment transactions in Food & Beverage outlets. The role requires accuracy in processing payments, reconciling transactions, and maintaining financial compliance.

Responsibilities
- Process guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately through POS system
- Safeguard cash floats, payment devices, and financial instruments per hotel procedures
- Verify and process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers with proper authorization
- Reconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare end of shift reports
- Support internal controls and house fund audits to ensure compliance with financial policies
- Work closely with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams for smooth operations and accurate reporting
Requirements
- Experience handling cashiering, billing, or financial transactions within hospitality or customer facing environment
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable working with POS systems, payment terminals, and financial reporting tools
- Strong numerical skills and ability to reconcile transactions confidently
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage

Your Role
- Responsible for efficient and accurate handling of guest billing and payment transactions across F&B outlets and bars.
- Safeguard hotel assets, maintain compliance, and ensure professionalism.
