- Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and wholesalers
- Promote and sell FMCG non food products such as household items, personal care, and apparel
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and shelf placement in stores
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and customer records
- Ensure adherence to company pricing, credit, and collection policies
Requirements
- Strong field sales experience in FMCG or similar

Job Overview
