Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily ELV installation activities at project sites
- Manage ELV subcontractors, technicians, and site teams
- Ensure ELV works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities for ELV systems
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other MEP teams
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and work completion reports
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper material availability at site
- Assist in ELV system testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Maintain and update project documentation records
- Prepare, submit, and track material submittals, RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, and inspection documents
- Maintain drawing registers, transmittals, and document logs
Requirements
- Experience in ELV site supervision and document control
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems
- GCC experience in ELV projects preferred
