Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales or outdoor sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sectors
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Solid understanding of sales cycles, territory management, and basic sales reporting/CRM tools
- Customer focused mindset with ability to identify client needs and offer suitable product solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages common in the region are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets
- High level of personal presentation and professional conduct aligned with cosmetic and beauty industry standards
- Minimum high school diploma; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with salons, spas, beauty centers, or retail outlets is a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Outdoor Sales Executive – Cosmetic role based in Dubai.
- The Outdoor Sales Executive will visit existing and potential customers, promote cosmetic products, conduct product demonstrations, and provide expert guidance on product features and benefits.
- The role includes managing and expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, preparing regular sales reports, and gathering market intelligence on competitors and trends.
