SOCIALEYEZ is seeking an experienced ORM Executive to join its team in Dubai.
The role focuses on digital communications, social media monitoring, and reputation management.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor online conversations, social media platforms, forums, and news outlets for brand mentions and emerging issues.
- Analyze public sentiment and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports.
- Escalate potential reputation risks and recommend appropriate response strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Track trends, conversations, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain ORM dashboards and monitor key performance metrics.
- Support crisis communication efforts with real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Align responses and communications with client brand guidelines and communication policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital communications, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using social listening and monitoring tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Candidates must currently be based in Dubai.
