SOCIALEYEZ is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the marketing team with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
The role is seconded to the client's office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and tracking of marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Maintain marketing records, reports, and databases.
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
- Help ensure marketing activities are delivered smoothly and on time.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing coordination role.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Good understanding of content creation, engagement, and social media performance.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with internal teams, vendors, designers, and other external stakeholders.
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics is advantageous.
