Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Creative Writer / Director with a strong creative voice, storytelling ability, and the capacity to take ideas from concept to final execution.
The role develops original, culturally relevant, and visually compelling ideas and guides the creative process from script through production.
Creative Concept and Idea Development
- Develop original creative concepts based on briefs, strategy, and audience insights.
- Create ideas across social, digital, branded content, films, and integrated campaigns.
- Bring distinctive ideas that elevate campaigns and strengthen pitches.
- Demonstrate a strong and distinctive creative point of view.
Writing and Storytelling
- Write compelling scripts, narratives, campaign concepts, and copy across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging stories aligned with brand and audience requirements.
- Maintain high standards of grammar, structure, tone, and storytelling.
- Translate briefs into clear creative narratives while minimising unnecessary revisions.
