Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee capability, culture, and business performance.
Assess organizational needs and translate insights into practical people and organizational strategies.
Responsibilities
- Implement initiatives supporting long-term growth and transformation.
- Work with leadership and cross-functional teams on organizational design, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Lead change management activities and analyze organizational data to identify capability gaps.
- Develop solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, performance management, and change management.
- Ability to analyze organizational needs and translate insights into practical initiatives.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with organizational design, employee engagement, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, organizational data, and performance indicators.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.
