Role overview
Lead customer relationship management initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Develop CRM strategies and manage customer segmentation.
- Design targeted campaigns and analyze customer behavior.
- Optimize communication across relevant channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and data teams.
- Translate customer insights into initiatives that improve journeys and business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle management, and retention principles.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and commercial awareness.
