Lead efforts to improve organizational performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business insights into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize workflows.
- Develop performance frameworks and establish KPIs.
- Analyze business data and implement productivity and effectiveness initiatives.
- Support strategic projects and cross-functional improvement work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret data and develop actionable business insights.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
