Role Description
Leads learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
Works with business leaders and internal teams to align development initiatives with organizational goals and capability requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Identifies learning needs and develops training strategies.
- Coordinates learning programs and evaluates their effectiveness.
- Manages training programs and supports leadership development.
- Promotes continuous learning across the organization.
- Establishes frameworks to measure learning outcomes and business impact.
- Translates business needs into practical development solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent development.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop structured learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design engaging learning content and development initiatives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning tools, and training evaluation methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Proactive, collaborative, creative, and committed to continuous improvement.
