- Provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel in required operational skills
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization including formulating system databases and communication plans
- Provide expertise on system software application (initialization, operation, and training)
- Support tasks ensuring the integrated PATRIOT System is fully operational
- Assist with new equipment training and sustainment training, both classroom and practical exercises
- Provide Technical Advice and assist Battery Personnel with Operational and Tactical Procedures
- Conduct operation and management of exercises utilizing practice scenarios with Patriot ECS and ICC
Requirements
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in the PATRIOT Air Defense System
- Must have directly related experience in the Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Tactical Operations at the Battalion or higher level
- Demonstrated experience with integrated Battalion and Fire Unit to Fire Unit operations
- Demonstrated experience instructing PATRIOT organizational classes in the classroom and on tactical equipment
- Must have successfully completed the Patriot Operator and System Mechanic MOS 24T/14E/140E or equivalent
- Must have a current Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 8 years, or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years

Job Overview
- Raytheon seeks an Organizational Activities Interface (OAI)/Technical Support Engineer for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program.
- This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is short term only.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program.
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel.
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization including formulating system databases and communication plans.
- Provide expertise on system software application (initialization, operation, and training).
- Support tasks ensuring the integrated PATRIOT System is fully operational.
- Assist with new equipment training and sustainment training, both classroom and practical exercises.
- Provide Technical Advice and assist Battery Personnel with Operational and Tactical Procedures.
- Conduct operation and management of exercises utilizing practice scenarios with Patriot ECS and ICC.
- Participate in On the Job Training (OJT) Programs.
- Provide Technical Instruction and Training at the training center.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in the PATRIOT Air Defense System.
- Must have directly related experience in the Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Tactical Operations at the Battalion or higher level.
- Demonstrated experience with integrated Battalion and Fire Unit to Fire Unit operations.
- Demonstrated experience instructing PATRIOT organizational classes.
- Demonstrated knowledge on Brigade/AADCOM level TACSOP’s.
- Must have successfully completed the Patriot Operator and System Mechanic MOS 24T/14E/140E or equivalent.
- Must have a current Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 8 years, or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Working knowledge of PATRIOT integrated battalion and Fire Platoon to Fire Platoon operations.
- Demonstrated one year of Collective Training experience or assignment to a deployed PATRIOT Battalion.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Salary Range
- The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD 165,200 USD.
Additional Information
- Onsite role.
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date.
