Raytheon seeks an Organizational Activities Interface (OAI)/Technical Support Engineer for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program. The role provides technical field operational services, training, and support for Patriot missile system operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization and system databases
- Provide expertise on system software application including initialization, operation, and training
- Support tasks ensuring PATRIOT system is fully operational
- Assist with new equipment training and sustainment training
- Conduct operation and management of exercises using practice scenarios
- Provide Technical Instruction and Training at the training center
Requirements
- Must have at least four years of experience in the PATRIOT Air Defense System
- Must have directly related experience in Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Tactical Operations at Battalion or higher level
- Demonstrated experience with integrated Battalion and Fire Unit to Fire Unit operations
- Demonstrated experience instructing PATRIOT organizational classes
- Must have successfully completed Patriot Operator and System Mechanic MOS 24T/14E/140E or equivalent
- Must have a current Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience, or Associates with 8 years, or HS Diploma with 12 years

Job Overview
- The Organizational Activities Interface (OAI)/Technical Support Engineer will provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program.
- This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is for short term only.
Key Responsibilities
