Role Overview
The In Room Dining team delivers personalized dining experiences directly to guests at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
The Order Taker reports to the In Room Dining Supervisor and serves as the primary communication link between guests and the In Room Dining operation.

The Team and Role
The In Room Dining team delivers personalized dining experiences directly to guests at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
The Order Taker reports to the In Room Dining Supervisor and serves as the primary communication link between guests and the In Room Dining operation.
The role handles guest requests professionally and uses food and beverage knowledge, communication skills, and sales abilities to support guest satisfaction.
How You’ll Make the Place
- Receive and process In Room Dining orders accurately while delivering personalized and engaging guest interactions.
- Recommend dishes, beverages, promotions, and special offerings using current menu knowledge.
- Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Provide attentive service to VIP guests and arrange special requests with care and professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, daily specials, and hotel promotions.
- Uphold Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA standards through every guest interaction.

- Experience in order taking, hospitality sales, Food and Beverage service, or guest service operations.
