Digital Solutions and Cloud
- Support digitalization initiatives across hotel operations, including guest-facing platforms, associate tools, dashboards, forms, and workflow automation.
- Assist with Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platforms, monitoring, alerts, service availability, resource usage, and cost reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, reliability, digital adoption, and operational efficiency.
IT and Hospitality Systems
- Provide first-line support, manage service requests, troubleshoot common technical issues, and escalate unresolved matters.
- Support PMS, POS, key systems, guest internet, digital signage, in-room technology, guest communication tools, and property applications.
