Core Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements across procurement, warehouse and inventory management, contracts, maintenance, and property management.
- Configure and implement Oracle SCM Fusion Applications.
- Support Oracle E-Business Suite SCM-related modules.
- Design and deliver custom solutions and system enhancements to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Conduct user training and support change management activities with key users.
- Address production issues, improve system performance, and coordinate patching and testing activities.
- Collaborate with Oracle support and technical teams to resolve configuration or data-related issues.
- Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Apply shared services concepts and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in large-scale transformation projects, preferably within the public sector.
- Perform UAT and integration testing in SCM environments and contribute to automation testing.
- Develop Oracle OTBI reports and maintain finance master data, including customers, banks, and bank accounts.
Experience and Qualifications

- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design.
- Proven experience designing and delivering custom solutions and system enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM and Procurement modules.
- Experience with third-party sourcing and maintenance applications is a plus.
- Ability to perform UAT and integration testing in SCM environments.

- Oracle SCM Fusion Applications.
- Oracle E-Business Suite SCM and Procurement modules.
- Oracle OTBI reporting.
- Data cleansing, migration, and testing during upgrades or EBS and Fusion coexistence.
