Role Overview

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the all Oracle HCM Application.
  • The HR Consultant Lead is responsible for all HR related issues, enhancements, Changes and Support.
  • The resource will be responsible for translating business requirements into solutions, preparing technical specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices.
  • The resource will play an active role in providing technical and Functional support that directs the support of Oracle EBS 12.2.8.

Required Skills and Experience

  • An understanding of ERP functions and technology.
  • Knowledge of the functional configuration of ERP.
  • Knowing how to implement business requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Expected to have very good Functional & Technical experience in Oracle Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Benefits and Compensation.
  • Should have experience in Implementing & Supporting Oracle HCM modules Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Should have exp. in client facing role and must have worked on Req. Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT.
  • Should have excellent Documentation, Presentation, Customer handling, problem solving, solution.
  • Must be proficient in creating FSG, XML and Discoverer reports. Forms, OAF pages, alerts and workflow development and maintenance.
  • Must be highly conversant with PLSQL and must be able to develop scripts and queries on an adhoc and regular term basis.
  • Expert in Forms Personalization and OAF development and customization.
  • Should have hands on experience in Data Conversion, Data Migration, Report Generation and Developing Interfaces within several modules in Oracle Applications.
  • Proficient in development of interfaces and conversion programs to integrate Oracle Applications modules to import data from various sources into Oracle Applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document code consistently throughout the development and/or enhancement process.
  • Maintain extensive documentation for the project.
  • Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification.
  • Review technical solutions.
  • Interface at an intermediate level with Business User during the design, development and testing processes.
  • Review, fix, enhance and develop code.
  • Provide production support as and when required.
  • Manage all the issues as per the agreed SLA or Secondment Contract.
  • Report the performance of the Outsourcing Team and update.
