Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in:

- Minimum
- 2 end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations
- Expertise in:
• Absence Plans, Accruals & Eligibility Profiles
- Approval Workflows
- Hands-on with:
- **HCM Extracts**
- **HDL/HSDL (Data Migration)**
- **OTBI / BI Publisher Reports**
- Good to Have
- Experience with:
- Fast Formulas (Absence/HR related)
• Security (Roles, Data Roles)
- OIC Integrations
- Exposure to
Responsibilities
- Lead Core HR & Absence module implementation
- Conduct
- fit-gap analysis, CRP, UAT sessions
- Configure HR structures and absence policies
- Manage data migration & reporting requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams
