About the Role
The Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant will lead implementations, support, and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The role requires hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects modules, with strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules
- Conduct fit gap analysis, CRP sessions, UAT support, and user training
- Manage end to end implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and post go live support
- Prepare functional specification documents and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reporting
- Handle change requests, issue resolution, and production support activities
- Work closely with business users and project stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Finance
- At least 3 5 end to end Oracle Fusion implementation projects
- Experience in support and enhancement projects is mandatory
- Hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects modules
- Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes
- Expertise in FBDI/ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, BPM Workflow, SLA
- Good understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/IT
- Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred

Job Description
- We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, support, and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders
