Role Overview
Serve as a senior functional consultant for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle EBS Financials implementation and steady-state AMS support.
Experience required: 12 to 15 years. The engagement is onsite in the Middle East and covers implementation, AMS, and support.
Key Requirements
- Have 12 to 15 years of relevant Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials experience.
- Demonstrate project-level expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Have mandatory AMS support experience alongside proven implementation experience.
- Translate business requirements into solutions and perform solution workshops, application configuration, setups, and OUM documentation.
- Have excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
Managed Services Delivery
- Have current or recent lead-role AMS delivery experience covering both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
- Have steady-state AMS support experience under contracted SLAs; hypercare or warranty support alone is insufficient.
- Lead in an onsite-offshore delivery model and support transition, handover, and knowledge transfer.
- Use an ITSM tool daily for priority-based ticket resolution against SLA targets.
- Own Incident and Problem Management, including root-cause analysis of recurring issues.
