Role Overview
RLDatix is seeking a Canada-based Optimization Services Manager for its Professional Services team.
The role helps healthcare clients get more value from RLDatix software solutions and services.
The role combines consulting, training, and system optimization support to improve outcomes and product engagement.
How You Will Spend Your Time
- Deliver remote administrative support and client training to optimize use of RLDatix software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including instructional designers, to support content development and delivery.
- Conduct system health checks to ensure clients receive full value from the platform.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing platforms that improve client self-service and education.
- Provide project-based consulting and change management support to improve client satisfaction and system utilization.
